If your holiday happens to fall on a Thursday or Saturday, you have to visit Keswick Market. It’s a vibrant, bustling market with dozens of stalls selling everything from local cheeses and freshly baked goods to crafts and handmade gifts. Soak up the atmosphere and grab yourself a new hat!

10. Visit the Ancient Castlerigg Stone Circle
Castlerigg Stone Circle is an incredibly atmospheric historical site on the edge of Keswick. This ancient monument is surrounded by views of famous fells. A powerful place to visit. Count the stones twice and see if you get the same number!
